At CPSM we believe students can make a huge difference in the lives of others. CPSM is a ministry focused on building relationships, growing spiritually, developing the HABITS of a growing Christian, having fun in a way that honors Christ, and most of all leading others to Christ. Because CPSM is a student ministry, students help lead the direction this ministry goes.
We believe that the Bible is 100% truth. We believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God, died for our sins, and three days later rose from the dead. We believe that the only way to heaven is by excepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9).

Garris grew up in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and earned both a bachelors and masters degree from the University of Arkansas in Agricultural Education. Garris came on as a part-time high school pastor in July 2006. He became the full-time Student Pastor at Cross Pointe in May of 2009. He and his wife (Serena) have been married for five years. They have a two children their son Gabriel is two and there daughter Ellaina was born in October 2011. Garris and his family live in Springdale, Arkansas.
